The Accounting Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process bills and reconcile balance sheets and bank statements
• Assist with preparation of financial statements
• Prepare monthly investment report
• Prepare year end audit work papers and work with external auditors
• Assisting with a variety of transactions for clients

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant position:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft word and Outlook
• Great communication and organization skills
