Responsibilities of the AR Specialist:
- Responsible for maintaining continuous follow up with customers to obtain timely payment.
- Communicate effectively within team and with internal and external customers, which includes Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, Billing, Accounts Receivable and Management.
- Complete appropriate paperwork for credit memos, refunds, and account adjustments
- Complete and provide account reconciliations
- Support management and company requests as needed.
Requirements of AR Specialist:
- Previous collection experience preferred
- Basic to intermediate excel skills
- Willingness to learn
