Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable
• Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
• Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
• Prepare annual 1099's and 1096 filings for review and approval for all entities and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration
• Internship in accounting role a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Two to Three years of experience
• Access is a plus
