My client is an industry leader in the Automotive industry with offices based in Warwick and due to aggresive growth plans they now seek a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their growing finance function.

Description

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the following duties:

• Minimising the financial impacts to the business

• Liaising with customers to ensure the most effective method for the resolution of outstanding payments

• Ensure all issues relating to the recovery of customer charges are dealt with in a consistent and robust way, utilising systems to ensure best in class governance

• Work with the wider finance team to ensure financial risk is minimized at the earliest opportunity

• Handling and processing of a range of payments and charges

• Investigate disputes or complaints that may be submitted to the department such as payment chargebacks

• Liaising with debt escalation partners to maximise recoveries on a timely basis

• Supporting with reconciliation and financial reports

Profile

To be successful in this fast paced and highly rewarding role you will be a team player with strong communication skills. Previous exposure within a Credit Control or Accounts Recveivable role is beneficial but strong Finance Administration skills would be considered. Remote working available with return to some office work based in Warwick during 2022
