Our Local CPA firm continues to add CPA's to their Tax team and they are seeking a Tax Manager, who can begin to take over clients and is interested in a fast track to partnership (as soon as 2022), as well as an additional Senior or Experienced Tax CPA.

The firm is a highly profitable tax practice. They are well established (since 1984), respected, growing and active in the community. They have incredible tenure in their current team, a culture of work life balance and varied and interesting clients from individuals, high wealth clients, to small and large businesses.

• A tax specialist or manager in a large firm who is burnt out or feels overly silo'd and wants to work with more varied clients and more varied tax challenges with ownership and high compensation opportunities
• A Tax Manager with a large firm who is not able to move up to partnership and is ready for increased opportunity and increased compensation
• An owner of a small practice who wants to retain their current clients while also growing through leveraging this firm's well established resources and reputation

Requirements

• Five plus years' experience in public accounting, with at least 2 recent seasons specialized in high volume and complex tax
• Licensed as a CPA
• Experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks helpful, but not required
• Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills with the ability to work with various clients and a style that is educational and supportive
• Solid tax preparation and planning skills​
