Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable
Permanent & Full time
£20-22,000 per annum
A full time and perm role for a lovely Swansea based business; office based, but with a little bit of flex in terms of hours....... can accommodate some school runs etc!
Reporting to the company accountant, it's very fast paced; tonnes of volume and it's got a fair bit of variation to it....... duties will include
- Administration of accounts payable invoices
- Posting invoices to the relevant ledger on SAGE
- Ensuring authorisation process is followed
- Generating and uploading BACs files ready for authorisation and payment
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Maintenance of expenses and Petty Cash
- Setting up new suppliers on the system
