I am looking for someone with an understanding of working in an invoice processing role, looking to join a growing team. You will gain training and further responsibilities, as the business continues to grow.

Description

As a n Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: match dispatch notes to customer orders; produce sales invoices; allocate customer payments to the correct invoices; prepare statements; reconcile customer accounts; write off bad debts; credit control; perform credit checks on new customers in order to open accounts. You will assist with month end accounts production, analysis - with full training provided.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

- Have knowledge of working in a similar role - Essential

- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential

- Be eager to study AAT/ACCA/CIMA - Essential

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
