Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily cash management support to the Treasurer including preparing and processing wires, bank transfers, capital contributions and capital distributions.
  • Create and maintain a cash flow forecast for all entities/operating companies to aid the Treasurer in working capital analysis, cash management and projecting upcoming cash requirements for various businesses.
  • Manage banking administration/relationships including providing support to the Treasurer in establishing new bank accounts and closing bank accounts for dissolved entities.
  • Support Treasurer with lender/debt compliance reporting on a quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.
  • Prepare the Private Equity/Hedge Fund/Venture Growth portfolio performance summary and review with the Treasurer and CFO monthly/quarterly.
  • Assist Treasurer with establishing new lines of credit and renewing existing lines of credit with various financial institutions.
  • Ensure timely updates to the debt covenant compliance tracker for loans and lines of credit and review with the Treasurer quarterly.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly intercompany debt / external debt report.
  • Work closely with CPA's office assisting them gathering information for FBAR returns and other tax matters.
  • Work closely with legal on new entity setups, entity dissolution and membership changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; accounting, finance, management or other relevant major preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a finance/treasury position, preferably with an investment firm, private equity firm, real estate firm, family office or multi-partnership organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge/Experience of Archway Technology Accounting/Reporting platform a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
