RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ. Summary: This is a great opportunity with an organization that is known for its strong culture and excellent employee retention. This role will provide incredible exposure to varied responsibilities and senior/executive leadership, working very closely with operations. Responsibilities will include:

• Senior Financial Analyst will be supporting field leadership; Preparation of the annual operating plan
• Monthly cash flow and P&L forecast updates
• Monthly facilitation of project budgeting, quarterly P&L and cash flow variance analysis, financial analysis of operational activities, partnering with operational managers to improve processes, and preparation of internal operational reporting and external joint venture reporting
• Duties of the Senior Financial Analyst may also include assisting with analysis of acquisition opportunities, pricing evaluations, and other ad-hoc analyses and projects

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
• 4 to 5+ years of strong financial planning and analysis experience
• Should possess basic understanding of financial statements and how they flow together; How changes in 1 might affect the other financial statements
• Experience with profitability analysis, variance & trend analysis, IRR, cash flow, and other common financial metrics
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are critical
• Experience combining data from multiple systems in Excel; Skills independently analyzing business issues; Ability to present recommendations in a clear and concise manner to executives and senior field leadership
• Attitude, energy, drive, intangibles are very important
• Accounting background is preferred
