Swansea
£26-27,000 per annum.... plus support for ACCA/CIMA

Are you looking for a new Analyst opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career?

I am recruiting for a dynamic and fast moving not for profit organisation company in the Swansea area, close to the M4. Answering directly to the Head of Finance, you will assist in the analysis and preparation of reports to optimise the businesses performance. Your duties will include

• Assisting with the month end review process
• contribute at monthly finance and commercial meetings
• Monthly finance tasks such as journals, accruals/prepayments & reconciliations
• Assist with creation of the year end audit pack
• Analysing multiple sets of data from to produce reports
• Assist with and monitor the production of departmental MI across the business
• Working with service providers and multiple departments to promote continuous improvement
• Delving into data to investigate inaccuracies
• Produce accurate regular and one-off reports as requested

The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, plenty of initiative, excellent analytical skills and a good grasp of Microsoft Excel; this role would suit a ACCA/CIMA/AAT studier or a graduate but one with robust experience in a analytical role...... this is NOT entry level. You will need significant business partnering experience and there will be exposure and reporting to the board involved, so you need to be confident to communicate at this level.
