Job & Company Description:

I am a specialist recruiter in the Capital Markets space, and my client, a specialist Investment Manager in Gauteng, is currently looking for an Equity Analyst with an exceptional academic background. The typical successful candidate is one who has strong financial modelling and experience with a range of different equity sectors. This candidate will be responsible for producing multiple high-quality reports both globally and locally per year as well as having a number of ESG engagements, so experience in report writing and ESG engagements is necessary

Education:

• BCom Honours, BSc Mathematics or related
• CA(SA)
• CFA level 2 and above (Non-Negotiable)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel
• Great knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• 5+ years working experience
• Local and global exposure
• Very strong research experience
