The client are a fast growing and progressive transport business based in Dunmow (CM6), who are looking for a permanent and full-time Bookkeeper to join the business in this newly created role due to growth. The business are circa £30 million turnover and you will be in a finance team of 4 people.

The client are a well diversified business in the transportation space who are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join them for this full-time and permanent office based opportunity, located in Dunmow, CM6.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Bookkeeper are:

* Purchase ledger and reconciling supplier statements

* Sales ledger duties, raising invoices with a good attention to detail

* Intercompany recharges

* Bank reconciliation

* Providing ongoing support within accounts team and head office Management

* Taking accounts through to trial balance

* Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Finance Director

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will be able to commute to the client offices in Dunmow for full-time work. You will be able to produce accounts up to trial balance and have an excellent personality and willing to muck in.
