This is an exciting new Accounts Payable role looking for some interim support while the business is growing.

This will be a 3-4 month rolling temporary position based in the West End of London

My client is growing sustainable Technology company looking for some interim support.

This role would be great for anyone with 2-3 year experience in an Accounts Payable position looking for more exposure.

Description

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Creating weekly payment runs
• Inputting payments into Banking systems, mainly Barclays & BB&T (US
• Assisting with other accounts payable related administration e.g. credit card statements, credit application forms
• Clean-up of older, unpaid invoices on SAP, and cleaning up our supplier age analysis
• Assisting with Accounts payable queries as required
• Assisting with backlog of POs and Invoices, if required
• Adhoc other items as and when required.

Profile

Accounts Payable candidate:

• Experience entering payments into a Bank system would be helpful
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Friendly personality
• Able to converse with relevant managers and suppliers about payments
• Ability to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge required
• We use SAP Business One - desired but not essential
