We are looking for Commercial Business Analyst CEE to join the Commercial Excellence Team in our office in Warsaw.

The role will be a part time home, part time from Office - a hybrid model.

Job Description

As Commercial Business Analyst you will work closely with Sales and Marketing Team providing data and information relevant for bid/no bid decisions, improvement of profitability, effectiveness and efficiency of the business in CEE as well as with relevant Business Unit leaders in CEE by facilitating business reviews, providing project and decision support and insights into what is behind the numbers.

Commercial Business Analyst is a member of a wider Commercial Excellence Team CE, reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager CEE and also supports the Country Business Leaders, primarily in BD Interventional business in close cooperation with the counterpart in Central Europe.

As Commercial Business Analyst you will:

  • Develop and communicate a standardized business report package;
  • Regularly monitor sales and GP performance, communicate and comment to the Team;
  • Provide comments on sales force performance based on Salesforce.com data to the business;
  • Coordinate and provide guidance on Pricing, develop and enhance tools for Sales Team;
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports and project support according to business needs;
  • Manage the incentive process for the respective business unit (alignment with policy, follow-up, payout calculation)
  • Drive long term planning, annual budget, forecasting processes (incl. data entry to SAP BPC);
  • Support modelling of Business scenarios;
  • Provide business analysis support for Go to Market adjustments in CEE geography;
  • Regular business data communication to the CEE Management Team;


We expect that you have:

  • 2-4 years experience in business analysis, including financial forecasting;
  • Experience with BI systems (PowerBI or QlikSense as an advantage), MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Access, experience with SAP BPC is an advantage, experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com);
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership - ‘I am a part of my Business Unit'
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, enjoying to work with numbers, accurate, attentive to details;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all management levels in matrix organization, likes interacting with people;
  • International outlook, cultural sensitivity and awareness, flexible attitude and ability to handle changing priorities;
  • Capable of working well autonomously and in a team environment also with teams in remote locations, self-motivated, eager to learn and ready to operate in changing environment;
  • Demonstrates drive to achieve results by supporting others and cooperating with other functions;
  • Academic record with a degree or equivalent in finance, business economics or relevant professional experience;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish is a must.
