My client is looking for an Interim Senior Finance Officer on an initial 5-months temporary basis with a strong potential to be extended beyond that.

The main responsibilities of the Interim Senior Finance Officer are:

• Supporting budget managers regarding budgets.
• Articulating finance terms to non-finance professionals.
• Helping budget managers understand financial responsibilities.
• Using excel to analyse data, including highlighting data issues.

To be considered please meet these criteria:

• Local authority or public sector experience.
• Experience in Adult Social Care is desirable.
• AAT qualified or part qualified.
• Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills
