Education:

• CA(SA)/ CFA highly beneficial
• BCom/ BSc/ CA(SA)/ Bus Sci/ Masters/ MBA would also be considered

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3-7 years' experience in Financial Due Diligence
• Skilled in IFRS/US GAAP
• M&A and Transaction Advisory experience
• Proficient in Excel (Financial modelling), MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Pivots, Alteryx & Spotfire
• Exceptionally robust report writing skills
• Leadership/ management of junior team members
• Project Management of teams, clients, partners, third-party advisors and targets of various sizes
• Excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Must be ambitious, comfortable with taking initiative and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
• Willingness to travel internationally
