Are you a motived Fixed Assets Accountant and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment?

A growing auto repair and maintenance shop located in Tucson is looking to add a talented Fixed Assets Accountant to their team! In this role, you will be responsible for recording fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls.

This Fixed Assets Accountant position is a full-time, contract to hire position. Training will be in office for 2 weeks, then you will have the option to work a hybrid schedule.

Fixed Assets Accountant Responsibilities:

• Update accounting polices affecting fixed assets to management
• Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets
• Record fixed assets in accounting system
• Track and record project costs
• Perform reconciliations
• Perform depreciation calculation, revisions, and updates for all fixed assets

Fixed Assets Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Fixed Assets Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Pay: $40 per hour
