Staff Accountant

- Focus areas include COVID 19, Healthcare, Violence Prevention and Unjust Punishment
- 100% remote position, reporting to Director of Finance
- Extremely stable non-profit founded over 30 years ago
Responsibilities:
- Month end close preparation including reconciliations, balance sheet prep, debits and credits, income statement prep, etc.
- Assisting Grants Manager with budget to actual prep
- Assist with audit preparation
Experience Preferred:
- 2+ years of general accounting experience, nonprofit experience a plus
- Experience with MIP, Fund EZ, Financial Edge a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
