Right now we are looking a Management Account to join our Finance Team.

So, what does the role look like?

As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and support a range of stakeholders from non-financial backgrounds and maintain positive working relationships.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Preparation of management reports including financial and non-financial analysis
  
• Analysis of business unit performance against budget and forecasts
  
• Monthly account reconciliations
  
• Preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
  
• Ongoing system and process improvement
  
• Tax preparation including Fringe Benefits Tax, GST, Gaming Tax and others as required.
  
• Assist in Year End Reporting
  
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  
  What you will look like?
  

You will have had a minimum of 2 years working in the professional or private sector, tertiary qualified and ideally a CA/CPA qualified or studying towards your qualification. This is a challenging and constantly changing role for a team player with outstanding communication and relationship building skills. An ability to build strong working relationships and get along with others is essential as you will work closely with internal stakeholders. We are passionate about maintaining a strong sense of team, therefore we require someone with drive, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour. Finally, you will understand the critical importance of confidentiality as the role has primary access to sensitive commercial information.
