My client is a UK Music Management company offering investors a pure-play exposure to Songs and associated musical intellectual property rights. The focus is building a diversified Portfolio, acquiring Catalogues that are built around proven hit Songs of cultural importance by some of the most talented and important Songwriters globally. This is a FTSE listed business which has grown from strength to strength over the last few years.

Your new role
As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Completing the monthly consolidated packs
• Half year and year end reporting
• Ensuring insightful commentary

• Preparation and delivery of supplementary information for monthly reporting (cash forecast, covenant reporting, P&L forecast, investment KPIs, Fund KPIs etc)
• Management of financial systems
• Internal controls

What you'll need to succeed
This Music Management, requires a qualified Accountant to join the finance team in London to support the management reporting team.

• Qualified ACCA/ ACA / CIMA / CA
• Music industry or royalty accounting experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (sumifs, index, match, lookups, indirect)
• Experience using accounting software (NAV or Dynamics) preferred
• Experience in a management reporting role
• Resilient, professional pro-active and positive attitude required
• Any experience with fund accounting could be really useful.
