What will you do:  

  • Guiding and supporting PTP Team and acting as an Escalation Point for the Team
  • Operational Reporting
  • Driving actions / prioritization with team - in cooperation with PTP Managers
  • Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance (KPIs, SLAs)
  • Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for PTP process
  • Team management (setting strategic long term goals, team development)

What we expect from you: 

  • Fluent English & Spanish 
  • 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • 2-3 years of team leading or project management experience 
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment 
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
