Senior Accountant

• The CFO is a CPA and he is looking for someone who he can groom and promote into management on a fast track

Overview of the Senior Accountant opportunity:

• Assist in preforming daily general ledger accounting functions for 18 entities to include compliance with GAAP and accounting standards, journal entries
• Manage workflow to ensure all financial transactions are accounted in the general ledger accurately and timely
• Maintain internal fixed asset scheduled (additions/dispositions) for all locations
• Prepare financial statements for month-end close process

Background Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of general accounting experience
• CPA is a plus
• Full understanding of GAAP
