VF Corporation is looking for an outstanding Disputes Resolution Specialist to join our VF Team in Nottingham on a 12-month FTC.

Let's talk about the role
As a Disputes Resolution Specialist, you will monitor and manage the portfolio of customer disputes for all brands in the business, returns and Concession and Consignment sell out invoicing.
You will make the existing processes leaner and smarter and eliminate recurring errors and inefficiencies. In the Supply Chain circle, you will see through and analyse the end-to-end order process and facilitates process improvements, to help bring customer satisfaction to a new high level. By liaising with multiple functions across the business, you will be responsible for reconciling a large customer portfolio for one of the world's largest apparel and footwear companies.
We will expect you to deliver unbeatable results, whilst consistently achieving departmental and company KPIs with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities

• Investigate claims raised by customers ensuring that business SLAs are respected, facilitate cash collection and successful performance of all VF Brands.

• Keep disputes system up to date with relevant comments or credit note references, ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders involved

• Process customer returns in line with SLAs, ensure correct data entry and timely resolution of any possible issues.

• Work with internal stakeholders to monitor end-to-end process on returns lead times, to identify course of action and enable quick resolution

• Execute monthly invoicing activities related to our Concession and Consignment accounts, ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to and business deadlines are respected.

• Regularly liaise with Sales and Customers to ensure timely receipt of complete and correct data
Skills for Success
With your ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of people you will also bring the following skills to the role:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to process large amount of data

• You will be computer literate with strong Excel skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to organize workload independently

• You will be analytical with a flair for problem-solving

• Ability to multi-task and consistently deliver results to tight deadlines with the ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
