The business are in the scale up phase following substantial investment. The finance function has previously been relatively lean, with a strong technical accounting focus and basic management accounts being delivered within a regular month end process.

As Commercial Controller, you will report directly into the Finance Director and take on the responsibility for driving the FP&A and commercial finance team and what this needs to look like over the next 18 months. The FD has a real drive for you to start mapping out a pacey month end process, taking on responsibility for getting a robust cashflow / treasury reporting process and starting to set business reviews with key operational cost centre managers and operational leaders.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work to expand and develop the commercial finance function with a growing SME business, with an in demand product offering and only 8 weeks into a substantial re-finance!

The team has high standards and due to the new funding structure it is going to be ideal if you;

• Are full qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA
• Have listed company experience
• Are familiar with international reporting
• Have proven leadership experience gained from an FP&A and commercial finance function
