£21,000

Overview

Our client is a successful buying society based in Leicester for Independent Builders, Timber, Hardware,

Plumbing and Heating Merchants and are now looking for an Allocations and Credit Control Administrator to work within their dedicated team.

Key duties of the role:

* Reconciling and allocating payments as per KPI's

* Liaising with members to ensure outstanding queries are resolved

* Ensuring debit notes are issued on all outstanding queries within 3 months

* Ensuring there is no aged debt over 18 months

* Ensuring there are no manual deductions (invoices without known queries) over 90 days

* Handling of daily administrative tasks

* Any other duties which may arise through this position

The Ideal Candidate will:

* Be self-motivated

* Be pleasant and have a confident personality

* Be able to action a high volume of customer queries

* Be highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe

* Have previous experience in a sales ledger environment

* Have prior credit control experience

* Have good communication skills
