Your new role

Our client is looking to hire a Payroll and Finance Assistant, on a temporary contract for a period of 4 months. In the position you will be responsible for:

• Inputting payroll data
• Inputting variations
• Double checking the information from the external payroll provider
• Payroll administration of 170 staff, on a monthly payroll
• Purchase ledger
• Credit control
• Other finance administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrable experience of working in accounts or payroll
• You will be immediately available to start in the temporary role
• Have the ability to perform well under pressure
• IT: good Excel and all round systems knowledge

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to work for a well established school, based in central Oxford. You can also earn between £12.50 - £14.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
