A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of an Accounts Receivable Manager.

As the Accounts Receivable Manager you will be responsible for strategic planning and managing the debtor's team, which provides services across the group.

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and establish key customer relationships
• Weekly reporting to management
• Monitor ageing of the debtor's book
• Annual financial audit
• Manage, document, verify, and enforce all internal and external policies and regulations
• Systems development and administration
• Prepare operating and personnel budgets
• Manage the collections team performance
• Training the debtor's team accordingly
• Manage feedback and issue resolution

Qualifications:

Matric

Completed Finance degree

Skill:

5 years experience in a management role

Attention to detail

Management experience in a Shared Service environment
