Role overview:
Our Finance Team plays a pivotal part in directing the performance of the Agency. We work as an extension of all departments to ensure that the financial aspect of the Agency is well managed in an efficient, effective, timely and client focused manner.
Responsibilities:

* The Finance Assistant's role is essentially the “go to” person of the finance department.
* As the Finance Assistant, you will the ensure the finance department runs smoothly by completing daily and weekly tasks supporting the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager where required.
* The completion of monthly JCR's will also form a large portion of your role as you will need to work working with the Account Management department reviewing jobs each month, completing billings and answering queries.
* The Finance Assistant will also need to work with the Shared Services Accounts Payable team and provide support where required.

Requirements:

* Ideally you have 1-2 years of experience in Finance Assistant or supporting role in a Finance Team.
* Education by experience is fine otherwise a qualification in finance is expected.
* You have excellent communication skills.
* You're motivated with a ‘make it happen' attitude and have a solid service mentality - we're here to help, support and coach.
