Your new company
Entrepreneurial organisation who have experienced an excellent run of form in their respective market seek to attract a Finance Manager to their business to lead a team as they continue to scale up over the coming years.

Your new role
You will lead, motivate and support a high performing team to ensure all financial obligations are met from both a statutory perspective alongside the production of the management accounts. You will delegate many of the reporting elements to your team but remain hands on when it comes to the more complex requirements. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function and relish working within a business which will continue to evolve thus throwing up many projects alongside the BAU elements of the role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical reporting skills in line with IFRS / FRS 102. You will demonstrate natural leadership qualities and relish developing the potential in others.

What you'll get in return
You will be afforded a good level of flexibility with an expectation that you should be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week. You will have the chance to exert a direct level of influence over the business as they continue to grow.
