Overview of the Senior Accountant role:
- Review of property financials
- Coordinate activities with auditors and release appropriate records and information
- Prepare documents for tax accountant
- Review fixed assets and report additions and disposals for assets acquired
- Review liabilities and ensure adjustment of taxes as needed
- Provide leadership in current bank transition
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant role:
- Considerable knowledge of tax accounting practices and procedures
- SAP SuccessFactors experience required
- Previous use of Yardi software a plus
