Adecco Professional Finance & Insurance is partnering with a financial organization in search of a Payroll Manager. If you meet the qualifications below, apply now.
Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager include but are not limited to:
Oversees the Payroll team; handling payroll records, payroll processing, reporting and compliance Partners with the Global Payroll Manager, payroll vendor and other third-party vendors Attends review meetings and weekly update meetings Compiles reports on payroll matters for internal and external clients Handles issues with the payroll system and processing schedules Serves as point of contact payroll escalations Approves irregular payments and or processing cycles Monitors the Payroll Tax Liability at both Federal, State and local levels Reconciles tax issues and filings across US and Canada Quarterly and annual reconciliation of payroll information Qualifications for the Payroll Manager:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience with ADP Payroll System Management/supervisory experience Experience with US and Canadian payroll Experience with Microsoft Office Certified Payroll Professional preferred
