SHR Talent is currently seeking a full-time Controller on behalf of a healthcare client in Nashville. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule of remote & onsite work. The successful candidate in this role will have healthcare & multi-site exposure.
Job Requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Leadership/management of all accounting functions
· Act as final review and approval for all financial reporting
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual financials
· Provide guidance for budgets and budget revisions
· Review and sign off on monthly revenue recognition calculations
· Respond to equity partner requests for financial data
· Arrange and oversee annual audit
· Oversee proper recording and protection of Company assets
· Participate in financial review of acquisition targets
· Manage integration of financial systems for acquisitions
· Support and recommend Accounting systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data
Requirements:
· Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
· 4+ years' experience in an Accounting/Controller role
· Healthcare exposure & multi-site experience required
· CPA Preferred
· Audit background is a plus
· Strong business acumen and FP&A experience
· Must be a leader with strong interpersonal skills
