- Review employee expense reports
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Review vendor statements
- Light collections mainly company to company
- Process expense report
- Speak with customers
- Assist with uploads
- Reconciliations
- Reports to finance manager
What is preferred of the Accounting Assistant
- Bachelor's in accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Proficient in Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's
- Good communication skills
- 2 to 3 years' experience is a plus
