Bydd y Partner Busnes Cyllid yn gweithio'n agos gyda'r Pennaeth Cyllid ynghyd â pherchnogion canolfannau costau a Rheolwyr Prosiectau i ddarparu cymorth ariannol masnachol i helpu gyda chynllunio, cyllidebu a rhagweld.


**Cyfrifoldebau'r swydd**

Byddwch chi'n gyfrifol am lunio cyfrifon rheoli misol a rhagolygon alldro ar gyfer canolfannau Rheoli seilwaith a rheoli cyfleusterau, drwy gyflawni mesurau rheoli, adrodd, adolygu a chroniadau diwedd y mis, i sicrhau bod gwariant o fewn cyllid cylch gwaith Llywodraeth Cymru.


Byddwch chi'n darparu dadansoddiad o berfformiad ariannol a gwybodaeth sy'n atgyfnerthu canlyniadau ariannol prosesau adnewyddu a chanfyddiadau o bwys i sicrhau bod Timau Masnachol a Rheolwyr Prosiect TrC yn gweithredu o fewn eu cylch gwaith, i ddal perchnogion cyllidebau yn atebol ac i helpu'r broses o wneud penderfyniadau effeithiol.


Byddwch chi'n helpu'r Pennaeth Cyllid (Seilwaith) i adolygu adroddiadau rheoli AIW a'i gydymffurfiad ag agweddau adrodd ariannol y Cytundeb Seilwaith, i adolygu perfformiad a chyflawniad AIW.

**Introduction**

A fantastic opportunity to join TfW during an exciting period of transformation as a Finance Business Partner to provide partnered support to the Transport Operations Infrastructure Management Directorate. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with the Head of Finance and cost centre owners and Project Managers to provide commercial financial support to assist with planning, budgeting and forecasting.


**Role responsibilities**

You'll be responsible for producing monthly management accounts and outturn forecast for Infrastructure Management and Facilities Management cost centres through completion of month end accruals, review, reporting and controls to ensure spend is within Welsh Government remit funding.


You'll provide financial performance analysis and insight, consolidating the financial results of renewals and material discoveries to ensure TfW Commercial Teams and Project Managers operate within remit, to hold budget owners to account and to support effective decision making.


You'll assist the Head of Finance (Infrastructure) with the review of AIW management reporting and compliance with financial reporting aspects of the Infrastructure Agreement to review AIW performance and delivery.


**Who we're looking for**

We're looking for an experienced qualified accountant who has experience of business partnering to provide operational finance support.


**You'll need to have:**

* Qualified Accountant, for example, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA.
* Experience of operating within a commercial finance role and/or projects.
* Knowledge of organisational change and finance transformation.
* Experience of financial modelling.
