Highly commercial finance role in a fast paced growth company. This is a new role in the company and you will be working closely with operations and production. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and who really wants to understand what drives the business.

You will be mainly responsible for:

    Manage and drive the companies budgeting and forecasting processes Be involved in the cash-flow forecasting for the business Maintain financial models to monitor financial performance Monthly Board and Business unit reporting Review and Improve annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes if needed Develop and maintain a strategic forecast model for the business Business partner a range of operational and finance staff to monitor and improve performances Capex budgeting and forecasting Debits and credits for the P & L Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on KPI's Ad Hoc projects with and for the Finance Director


    Ideally a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant. Some FP&A experience within a fast-paced environment Track record of working with dynamic financial models in Excel Comfortable working with large data sets. A true team player with great ability to take ownership and responsibility Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and successfully work with colleagues at all levels of the organization Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Meticulous attention to details Intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and interest in making a difference Common sense and confidence in their judgement A problem solver with the ability to effectively articulate findings
