With my Client I am looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant - working in a sole Purchase Ledger role.

Based in Central Finance and working as part of a team of 7 - we are looking for a hands on a proactive Purchase Ledger Assistant. On a day to day basis you will work across;

GRN's - Reconcile to Sage InvoicesGain Authorization on all Invoices - also preparation for Payments via BACsExtensive Query Management and Resolution - Internally and Externally - including Suppliers and The MillPreparation of Purchase Ledger for Month EndSet up new SuppliersPreparation of Supplier Statement ReconciliationsPreparation of Daily Banking - including ad hoc trips to the BankOur Client offers full training and personal development and long term career stability.
