**Head of FP&A**

We are partnering with high growth, investor-backed fintech as they add a Head of FP&A to their team. This role will work very closely with the CFO & provide business partnering & commercial support to the board & shareholders.


**

Responsibilities:
**

* Developing the businesses three-year plan

* Supporting the CFO raising external finance

* Producing the monthly board pack

* Support new business initiatives & new business proposals

* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified

* Experience working in FS lending

* SME experience is essential

* Strong Excel & financial modelling

* Direct exposure to a strong board, in a very varied role
