oCommercial property agency experience, primarily dealing with office, industrial, retail portfolios, both occupied and vacant.oA full understanding of RICS professional standards.oReading leases and other legal documents and completing computer input forms.oManaging vacant national portfolio of properties with the support of the Facility Manager and Recovery Account ManageroRoutine periodic site inspections and those for specific works or feedback regarding particular issuesoAttending client meetingsoTo work with facilities managers, credit controllers, client accountants, purchase ledger and treasury and other central functionsoTo assist the Managing Director to ensure sustainability initiatives are implemented across the portfolio in line with the business and our clients objectivesoTo ensure our property management systems are kept up to date at all times.
The ideal candidate must have:
oAble to read and understand Leases and other legal documentsoIdeally have some knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS and ARMA Guidelines and Regulations (basic/working)oBe organised/have a methodical approach to their workoGood communication and written reporting skillsoThe ability to gain trust and respect from colleagues, tenants and contractorsoMRICS is desirable.
We will give you:
