Service Charge Accountant required for our client, a property management company in Edgware. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have experience using Tramps software.

The ideal service charge accountant will have experience dealing with bank reconciliations, completing client account audits, raising service charge demands and doing year end accounts.

Service Charge Accountant Position Overview

Raising S/C demands

Sending landlord statements / send ground rents to clients

Bank reconciliation of all client accounts

Completing client account audits when required

Completing ARMA audit when required

Doing Y/E accounts for clients

Liaising with accountants when required to do the accounts

Adding new properties to the system

Service Charge Accountant Position Requirements

Experience using Tramps is essential

Experience in a similar role is preferred

Service Charge Accountant Position Remuneration

Salary £30,000-£48,000

9am-5pm Monday- Friday
