Posted On 02/22/2021 We are looking for an experienced **Finance Manager** to join our office in **Stanstead Abbotts, UK** and contribute to the world of electronic payments.PXP Financial team has 50 years of combined experience in shaping and leading innovation in the payment space. You will work with the Group CFO, the Head of Financial Control, Accounting and Reporting and with other colleagues based in Austria, the UK and India in delivering high quality service to support both the overall Finance team in strategic or operational initiatives and the overall business objectives. You will work in ensuring timely delivery of key financial reporting and analysis, including monthly results, play a key role in producing Group budgets and forecasts, and support the business through providing insight on financial performance vs targets and other ad hoc analysis. You will also play a role in implementing ongoing improvements and efficiency in financial processes and contributing to delivering the finance transformation project.
A key role in producing consolidated monthly financial results, finance pack and commentary for the group;
A key role in producing the Group annual budget and forecasts;


**Your profile:**

This is a hands-on role and therefore the successful candidate shall possess the following:
Good knowledge of financial controls, accounting and reporting best practice;
Experience of Group consolidations and reporting;
Experience in monthly financial reporting processes;
Good understanding and experience of budgeting and forecasting;
Experience in managing accounts receivables and payables;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;
Whilst not essential, candidates who hold qualifications or proven experience in the following shall be considered advantageous:
Experience working in Financial Services and in an International business;
Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite;
Experience in supporting improvements and efficiency in processes and controls.
