Our client a multi site service sector based in Beckenham are now looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team at a time of expansion and growth.
Reporting to the Operations Director, to ensure that payroll processing is accurate and efficient for over 3000 monthly paid staff in over 30 locations around the UK.
Duties will include:-
* Take an active role in the strategic direction of payroll within the Group
* Coaching the team in personal development
* Manage implementations projects and ensure the team are fully on board with processes and procedures
* Take a lead in identifying improvements to the system and playing a key role in implementing agreed changes
* Manage workflows and ensure all payroll transactions are processed
The ideal person will have extensive multi site experience, a strong understanding of complex payrolls, a proven track record in building relationships, strong influencing skills and the ability to problem solve. Benefits include 25 days holiday. This role is 5 days a week office based.
