Credit Controller - Property Management

Up to £32,000 (experience depending)

Our client is a leading managing agent and a space has arisen on their successful team for a Credit Controller to join the business. You will have previous experience working within a Credit Control function within Real Estate and the ability to manage your own portfolio of assets.

Job Duties:

• You will be responsible for managing and collecting debts using pro-active collection techniques
• Effectively manage workload across portfolio of clients and maintain strong working relationships
• Promote and develop relationships with key contacts throughout the business
• Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation
• Work closely with property managers and surveyors to review client debt and recommend debt write offs where applicable
• Provide assistance Treasury team with allocation of monies and maintenance of accounts
• Assist with client on-boarding and new start form set-up process
• Partner the business to reduce debt position
• Creation of required debt reports to maintain accurate records of all chasing activity

Personal Specification:

• You will have previous experience working within a Credit Control function within Real Estate
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Have property management accounts systems experience such as Tramps, Yardi, Qube, MRI
• You will have the ability to achieve targets and strive for continual improvements of processes
• You will have strong attention to details and have the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team
• Be able to work in a high volume role with the capabilities to multi task at all times
