Finance Manager (Office Manager)
£25,000 - £30,000
Gloucester
A growing, privately owned business, allied to the property sector is looking for a Finance Manager (Office Manager) to provide support to the owners. The Finance Manager (Office Manager) will be responsible for all the day to day financial matters, as well as the smooth running of the office.
This is a family run, small, and friendly business, based in a rural location just outside of Gloucester. They have around 35 employees and sub-contractors, currently operating on Sage but looking to move to Xero soon.
The role is full time, although precise start and finish times can be negotiated and part time working could be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day accounts, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit control, reconciling the bank, VAT returns, payment run, and CIS returns
- General office / admin duties, helping different departments
Skills/ Experience:
- Payroll and knowledge of CIS would be a bonus but not essential
