• Monday-Thursday 8.00-4.30
• Friday 8.00-4.00

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will be:

• Cash receipt allocations and banking
• Chasing of Debts via phone/email
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Resolving customer queries
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
• Running Debtor reports including monthly statements
• Placing customers on hold for non payment
• Taking court action where applicable
• Maintaining customer records/credit limits/setting up new accounts
• Occasional reception desk cover
• Any other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Credit Control experience (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
• An aptitude to communicate effectively across all levels and functions in the business
• Good time management skills
• Ability to prioritise
• High attention to detail
• A team player, willing to help others
• Computer Skills, in particular Microsoft Office
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
