The Platform Delivery function sits within our Employer Consulting area. Employer Consulting covers a range of services including advice around corporate risk, data analytics, workplace consultancy, DC pensions, health and wellbeing and wider reward/flexible benefits.


Platform Delivery is responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our benefits and engagement platform, 4me. This role will also be responsible for coordinating processes and efficiencies for the team, in line with wider EC practices.


The Flexible Benefits Implementation Specialist (known internally as Platform Delivery - Implementation) role will, under the guidance of the Platform Delivery Manager, undertake client implementations for 4me, as well as ongoing updates and maintenance: system set up/configuration, user testing and launch, renewals and system updates, and delivery of platform enhancements. They will also liaise with the Client Support/Platform Delivery Administrator team around handover for business as usual purposes.


This role can be based at our Bristol, Amersham, Cheltenham or Leeds locations so please specify your preference when applying. We may also consider another location such as Birmingham, Liverpool, Guildford, and Glasgow depending on experience.


Responsibilities
You will undertake client implementations and renewals on the 4me platform (and provide implementation support to the Platform Delivery Manager, as required, on larger client implementations):


Build the platform to client requirementsProduce test plans and undertake testingEnsure successful launchLiaise with client and providers to agree best process for ongoing maintenanceLiaise with Client Support/Platform Delivery Administrator to hand over for business as usual
You will support the Client Support/Platform Delivery Administrator team, as required, with administration of clients' schemes using the 4me platform to deliver efficient service


Data loading and processingChecking and auditing of dataScheduling and running of reports
You will be responsible for setting up and rolling out standard employee emails via bulk email system and 4me and act as expert for wider team on this. You will provide platform MI as required by the Platform Delivery Manager and wider EC Consultants. You will need to prioritise workloads and deliver agreed services in accordance with service levels and budget. You will be required to maintain records in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures. You will also work with PDM to analyse information and assist in preparing recommendations to improve the platform services (implementation and ongoing) for clients.


As our clients are based throughout the UK; this role requires reasonable flexibility in working hours from time to time and occasional travel to other offices and client premises.


Qualifications
  • You'll ideally have experience working in employee/ flexible benefits along with experience of technology platforms implementation.
  • You'll have strong experience with Excel and data manipulation
  • You'll need to have knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Javascript, data encryption, APIs and SFTP knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • You'll also demonstrate good time management skills.
