Are you a talented credit controller looking for your next challenge? Our busy accounts team are looking for a proactive credit controller to join our team of 12. This role will help maintain the smooth and accurate running of the credit control processes by effectively and efficiently chasing overdue debts and managing customer insured limits for Becketts.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter who thrives in a face paced environment and will be driven working to measured objectives. Intermediate excel skills and strong attention to detail are a must.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collection of debts via telephone, letter and email.
  • Adding value through continuous improvement; ensuring resolution of escalated issues.
  • Opening of new Accounts in accordance with our Insurance policy.
  • Ensure all payments received are accurately posted to customer accounts on a daily basis as received following customer remittances where provided. .

To be successful in this role you will ideally require experience in credit control, either working towards or AAT qualified.

This role is Office based Monday to Friday with free onsite parking and a salary of up to £27,000

Attendance bonus until April 2022, thank you days and free fruit Friday
