Key responsibilities include:

Providing advice and support on any issues which have HR/People related content.Maintain high professional standards in line with ACAS and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.Delivery of longer term projects/ business change.Adhoc reporting and key registration management.Support business leaders with procedural or absence meetings.Maintain staff files and liaise with other key departments where required.Contract letters and amendments.Continual review of policy and process changes affecting our existing practice
