JOB SUMMARY
Job Description:

Trainee Role
The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following broad range of accounting duties:
Bookkeeping on various software's, Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Management of incomplete records.
Preparation of VAT returns and online filing with HMRC.
Preparing interim management accounts, to include a P&L and Balance sheet.
Resolving technical queries.
Assisting in the planning and management of the workflow.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Meeting and exceeding all statutory and client deadlines.
Providing the client with efficient and effective client service at all times.
Visiting client's premises to carry out bookkeeping and VAT online submission.
CIS calculations and return submissions.
Updating desktop and cloud accounting software

Please note full training will be given to right candidate.

SKILLS NEEDED
GCSE, Sixth form. AAT Students, Proficient in Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 1 pm to 6pm

HOURLY RATE
NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
A mentor will be assigned to train to improve employability skills.
