Department
Within the Workplace Investing department, the Operations Remediation team is responsible for resolving and delivering complex remediation exercises and providing technical support to the business. We are a dynamic team committed to providing best practise in a demanding and evolving regulatory landscape.
Purpose of your role
Specifically focussed on providing expert telephony support as part of the member and client engagement process, liaising with members following completion of case assessments/reviews and communicating the outcome of their review and payment of redress where deemed appropriate. Liaising with clients and members in order to obtain missing data and/or deal with queries raised. Generating client and member letters as required by the wider review team.
Key accountabilities
- Engage with and communicate outcomes to customers by telephone
- Support pensions administration rework and remediation activity
- Perform data corrections
- Work with colleagues to review risk events and determine downstream impacts
Your typical skills and experience
- 3+ years pensions administration experience in a DC environment
- Skilled at communicating with clients and members via telephone
- Understanding of the case review process
- Interest in industry developments and Pension Regulations
- Knowledge of pension calculations desirable
- Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility and keen team player
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
