Brightwork's client is currently recruiting a Finance Services Assistant to provide finance support including Purchase Ledger, Procurement, Costing, and Customer Care.


  • Invoice entry
  • Coding and matching to GRN's
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Accruals
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Labour and Plant costing
  • General enquiries
  • Purchasing and ordering
  • Any other duties associated with role


  • Experience within a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively both as a part of the team and also using own initiative
  • IT skills and use of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Numerical skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise as required
